Brightway Commercial Corporation already started way long before under the entity name Allied Homes Marketing. Everything started in early 2010 in Cebu, Philippines, in which a brand of High-Quality amplifiers and Speakers begin to flourish under the brand of XCL Professional. It started distributing in Visayas Areas and some in Mindanao. In late 2014, the founder of Allied Homes Marketing decided to venture into other types of Home Appliances and thus started to add another line up of Quality Appliances of white line products under the brand Polarstar.

Allied Homes Marketing was reorganized from being a sole proprietorship to a corporation for the reason of business continuity. Being able to continue the business is for the benefit of not only the shareholders but also for the long-term partnership established with the dealers and suppliers. It is to show that the company is committed enough to provide and distribute our brands with our partners as long as time would allow us.
